Parasol-wing fighter, development of the V.41 which began in Germany during WWI. The plane was partially ready when Platz with his staff moved to Veere in the Netherlands. It was finished in 1919 as a prototype for the D.10

The 185hp BMW engine was replaced by a 300hp Hispano-Suiza

after transfer of the prototype to the Netherlands.

In 1923 ten were sold to Spain and one to Finland.
